概要

Recen はプライバシーを基本原則に据えて設計されています。ユーザーデータの収集を行わず、トラッキングを実行せず、外部への通信も発生させません。本プライバシーポリシーでは、Recen が取り扱うデータの詳細とその扱いについて説明します。

1. Recen について

Recen（以下「本拡張機能」）は、Google 検索結果を日付で絞り込む Chrome ブラウザ拡張機能です。webasu（以下「開発者」「当方」）が開発し、Chrome ウェブストアおよび Microsoft Edge アドオンを通じて配布されています。

Recen は、いかなる個人データも収集・送信・共有しません。

3. データの保存方法

Recen の設定はすべて、Chrome の chrome.storage.sync API を通じてのみ保存されます。これにより：

• 設定は Chrome 自身がお客様のローカルデバイスに保存します。
• ブラウザで Chrome Sync が有効な場合、同じ Google アカウントでログインしている他のデバイスにも、Google の暗号化インフラを通じて同期されます。
• 開発者（当方）はこのデータにアクセスできません。データは完全にお客様に帰属し、Google のインフラがお客様のために管理します。
• 拡張機能をアンインストールすることで、Recen のデータをすべて即座に削除できます。

4. 外部通信

Recen は外部へのネットワーク通信を一切行いません。開発者または第三者が運営するサーバーとの通信はありません。すべての操作はお客様のブラウザ内で完結します。

Recen が関与する唯一の外部リソースは Google 検索（google.com、google.co.jp）で、これはお客様の検索リクエストに URL パラメータを適用する目的にのみ使用されます。Recen がお客様の代わりに検索を実行することはありません。

5. 要求する権限

Recen は、機能に必要な最小限の権限のみを要求します：

• storage：設定をローカルおよび Chrome Sync 経由で保存
• declarativeNetRequest：Google 検索 URL のパラメータ変更（日付フィルタの追加など）
• webNavigation および tabs：Google 検索結果ページ内での再検索（SPA ナビゲーション）を検知し、新しい検索にフィルタを適用するため。これらの権限は google.com/search および google.co.jp/search のみに限定されています。
• host_permissions: google.com, google.co.jp：Google 検索ページのみで URL フィルタリングを行うため。他のウェブサイトへのアクセス権限は持ちません。

6. 第三者サービス

Recen は第三者サービスとの統合を行いません。アナリティクスプラットフォーム、エラー報告サービス、広告ネットワーク等は使用していません。

関与する唯一の「第三者」は Google で、以下の2つの形で関与します：

• Chrome Sync の運営者として、お客様の設定を Google のインフラに保存（Google プライバシーポリシー に準拠）
• Google 検索の運営者として、Recen がお客様のために URL を修正する対象

7. お客様の権利

当方はお客様に関するデータを一切収集していないため、当方側でアクセス・修正・削除すべきデータはありません。お客様には完全な制御権があります：

• Recen の使用を中止する場合：拡張機能をアンインストールしてください。chrome.storage.sync 経由で保存された設定はすべて自動的に削除されます。
• 設定をエクスポートする場合：v1.0 ではエクスポート機能は提供していません。技術的には Chrome DevTools の chrome.storage.sync から確認できます。
• データに関するお問い合わせ：以下のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。

8. 子どもへの配慮

Recen は誰からもデータを意図的に収集しません。これは13歳未満の子どもを含むすべてのユーザーに当てはまります。前述の通り、当方は一切のデータ収集を行いません。

9. 国際的なユーザー

Recen は個人データを取り扱いません。そのため、当方が処理するデータについては国境を越えるデータ移転に関する規制（GDPR、CCPA、日本の個人情報保護法）は適用されません。Chrome 自体が同期データをどう扱うかについては、Google のプライバシードキュメントをご参照ください。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

Recen の進化に伴い、本プライバシーポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更は以下に反映されます：

• 本ページ上部の「最終更新日」
• 該当バージョンの Chrome ウェブストア掲載情報の注記
• GitHub リリースノートのサマリー（Recen がオープンソース化された場合）

変更後も Recen を継続使用される場合、更新されたポリシーに同意したものとみなします。変更に同意されない場合は、拡張機能をアンインストールしてください。

1. About Recen

Recen (“the Extension”) is a Chrome browser extension that filters Google Search results by date. It is developed by webasu (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”) and distributed via the Chrome Web Store and Microsoft Edge Add-ons.

Recen does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

3. How Data Is Stored

All Recen settings are stored exclusively using Chrome's chrome.storage.sync API. This means:

• Settings are saved on your local device by Chrome itself.
• If you have Chrome Sync enabled in your browser, settings are also synchronized to other devices logged into the same Google account, via Google's encrypted infrastructure.
• We (the Developer) have no access to this data. It belongs entirely to you and is managed by Google's infrastructure on your behalf.
• You can delete all Recen data instantly by uninstalling the extension.

4. External Network Communication

Recen makes no external network requests. It does not communicate with any servers operated by the Developer or any third party. All operations occur locally within your browser.

The only external resource Recen interacts with is Google Search itself (google.com, google.co.jp), and only to apply URL parameters to your own search requests as you make them. Recen does not initiate searches on your behalf.

5. Permissions Requested

Recen requests the minimum permissions necessary for its functionality:

• storage: To save your preferences locally and via Chrome Sync.
• declarativeNetRequest: To modify URL parameters of your Google search requests (e.g., adding date filter parameters).
• webNavigation and tabs: To detect when you re-search within a Google search results page (single-page-app navigation) and apply your filter to the new search. These permissions are scoped exclusively to google.com/search and google.co.jp/search. We do not read tab content, query other tabs, or use these permissions for any other purpose.
• host_permissions: google.com, google.co.jp: To enable URL filtering on Google Search pages only. We have no permission to access any other websites.

6. Third-Party Services

Recen integrates with no third-party services. We use no analytics platforms, no error reporting services, and no advertising networks.

The only “third party” involved is Google itself, in two capacities:

• As the operator of Chrome Sync, which stores your preferences on Google's infrastructure (governed by Google's Privacy Policy).
• As the operator of Google Search, whose URLs Recen modifies on your behalf.

7. Your Rights

Because we collect no data about you, there is no data to access, correct, or delete on our end. You have full control:

• To stop using Recen: Uninstall the extension. All settings stored via chrome.storage.sync will be removed automatically.
• To export your settings: Recen does not provide an export feature in v1.0. Your settings are visible in Chrome DevTools under chrome.storage.sync for technical users.
• To inquire about your data: Contact us at the email below.

8. Children's Privacy

Recen does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. As stated above, we collect no data at all.

9. International Users

Recen handles no personal data, so cross-border data transfer regulations (GDPR, CCPA, Japanese Personal Information Protection Law) do not apply to data we process. If you have concerns about Chrome's own handling of your synchronized data, please refer to Google's privacy documentation.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Recen evolves. Material changes will be reflected in:

• The “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
• A note in the Chrome Web Store listing for the affected release.
• A summary in our GitHub release notes (if Recen becomes open source).

Continued use of Recen after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you may uninstall the extension.
